Requires a Mac and an Audio Unit-compatible host. Tested in Logic Pro on Apple Silicon. Universal Intel/Apple Silicon build intended; physical Intel testing remains pending. macOS 11 is the build target, not a guarantee of every OS/host combination.
Windows and VST3 versions are not currently available. A verified purchase and email activation are required before the plugin produces audio. Connect to the internet to activate and renew offline access.

step by step.

Download the Mac installer.
Click Download for Mac above. On the page that opens in a new tab, click Save installer. If your Mac asks where to save it, choose Downloads in the left sidebar and click Save.

Quit Logic completely.
Save your project. In the menu bar at the very top of your Mac screen, click Logic Pro → Quit Logic Pro. You can also press Command (⌘) + Q.

Run the installer.
Open Finder and click Downloads in the left sidebar. Double-click the .pkg file. Follow the installer’s Continue and Install buttons. Enter your Mac login password when requested, then wait for the successful installation message.

Find it in Logic’s Audio FX menu.
Reopen Logic and allow its plugin scan to finish. Choose View → Show Mixer in the top menu bar. On your kick’s channel strip, click an empty slot in the Audio FX section above Sends. Choose Audio Units → Milky Audio → Milky Rumble Shaper, then the appropriate channel format if offered.

Use the email from your purchase.
Connect your Mac to the internet. Open Rumble Shaper and click Licence… near the top of the plugin. Enter the same email address you used at checkout.

Send an email code.
Click Send email code, to the right of the email field. Open that email inbox and find the newest code from Milky97. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived.

Verify and activate.
Return to the plugin. Enter that code in the lower box labelled Newest email code. Click Verify and activate immediately to its right. Wait for the licence panel to confirm your licence is active.

Check your offline access.
The panel shows how many days of offline access remain, up to 90 days. Click Close at the bottom right to return to the controls. Connect to the internet again to renew access.

Check activation first.
Look for the green Activated status. Before activation, the plugin mutes its entire output, including dry audio passing through it.

Play a kick-only loop.
Use a simple kick pattern to start. Set a comfortable monitoring level, start playback, and adjust Kick Detect until the detected-kick indicator responds to your hits.

Tune and shape.
Adjust the global Pitch, Length and Level. Then choose a character, oscillator and pitch for each beat. Use Cutoff and Resonance to shape the tone.

Build a musical variation.
Choose a root and scale in Pitch Variation. Lock any beats you want to keep, then click Create Variation. Use Undo Variation to return to the previous pattern.
Does it work on Windows?+
No. This release is a Mac Audio Unit. There is no Windows or VST3 release available at present.
Will it work in my DAW?+
Logic Pro on Apple Silicon is the tested setup. Other hosts must support Mac Audio Units, but have not been verified here. Check with Milky97 before buying for an untested host.
Why is there no sound?+
Check the activation status first: the unactivated plugin mutes its output. After activation, check that a kick reaches the plugin, Kick Detect responds, and Level is audible. For a plugin on an aux, also check your kick’s send and the aux routing.
Can I automate the sound controls?+
Yes, the plugin exposes sound parameters for host automation. Automate the channel containing Rumble Shaper. If it is on an aux, create a track for that aux first. Copy, variation-generation and activation buttons are not ordinary continuous sound parameters.
Is the download ready?+
Yes. Download the signed and notarised v0.1.19 installer above. Buy a personal licence for £5, then activate in the plugin with your checkout email. Downloading or installing alone does not activate the plugin.
Can I use it without the internet?+
After email activation and purchase verification, this Mac receives up to 90 days of offline access. The Licence panel shows the time remaining. Reconnect to the internet and click Check licence to renew. Activate each additional Mac online with the same purchase email.
Do I need to buy it for every Mac?+
No. One personal licence covers Macs you own or use. Sign in and activate separately on each Mac with the same checkout email. The licence cannot be shared or resold.
